Client Care Representative

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Client Care Representative to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the construction process. You will work collaboratively with project managers and superintendents to address client inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and build positive relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Analyze and evaluate data and claims to determine accuracy, validity, and eligibility.
  • Monitor and actively manage client satisfaction with services rendered.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products aligned with their project goals.
  • Resolve client complaints efficiently and effectively, fostering positive outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Collaborate effectively with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure seamless client communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions.
  • Experience with outbound calling a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Proven customer care expertise with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations.
  • Working knowledge of construction warranty procedures.
  • Proficiency in Builder Trends software and strong working knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet programs.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to independently develop and implement effective workflows to optimize processes.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a focus on achieving shared goals.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
