Job Description:

We are seeking a competent Field Carpenter & Project Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a hands-on carpenter who also enjoys supporting project logistics and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background, especially in trim, framing, and finish work, with the ability to assist in managing project schedules, materials, and team coordination on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carpentry Expertise:
• Execute quality trim installations, including baseboards, crown molding, and detailed trim work.
• Perform framing for mechanical platforms, fine-tune wall adjustments, and custom bathroom framing.
• Handle door hanging, blocking, and specialty carpentry tasks as required.
• Manage exterior projects, including decking installations and bulkhead caps.
• Installation & Maintenance:
• Install door, cabinetry, and window hardware with attention to detail.
• Complete sheetrock repairs, including patching, taping, and finishing.
• Perform concrete board installations for various applications.
• Handle punch-out tasks, ensuring all final touches are completed to the highest standards.
• Project Support:
• Assist with the coordination of small-scale carpentry projects, including material sourcing and on-site organization.
• Support project managers in maintaining timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring quality control.
• Communicate with the team to troubleshoot any on-site challenges and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in carpentry, with a focus on trim, framing, and finishing work.
• Skilled in installations and repairs, with a strong eye for detail.
• Basic project support experience, including managing timelines and materials.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work well with clients, team members, and management.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks on-site.
