About the job

We are looking for a Recruiter (aka Talent Scout) to act as the liaison between CLB's Client Services team and a network of Project Managers and Superintendents. Your role will be to seek new relationships with emerging leaders in luxury custom home building, learning about what is important to them and matching them to new opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and success connecting with people, learning, listening, and driving towards success. You must also be willing to learn new technologies and ways of doing things, so you and we can become more efficient. You must be willing to do whatever it takes (i.e. lots of phone calls if need be) to make it happen. You will use your curiosity and genuine interest in others to build rapport with candidates in minutes, from the first contact, and build meaningful relationships across time. You will use your organizational skills to ensure timely and valuable follow-up. You will use your motivation and results-driven nature to find your new connections new opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Contact profiled candidates by phone, email, LinkedIn, Text, Social Media, Letters, Messenger Pigeons, Smoke Signals, whatever it takes
  • Learn what is important to candidates’ job and career interests
  • Qualify candidates from applications and outreach for current and future placement
  • Update ATS Profiles, notes, and tasks
  • Conduct virtual interviews and candidate assessments
  • Determine compensation packages
  • Talk to candidates references
  • Present candidates to clients


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Business Development Representative, in Customer Service, or where communication is critical
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Strong character, including work ethic
  • Genuine desire and interest in helping others
  • Drive and determination to grow and succeed
  • An interest in building something special
  • Exceptional organizational skills, follow up skills, and attention to detail
  • College Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency with standard business software (Office, G Suite)


Plus

  • Familiarity with Residential Building & Remodeling Industry
  • Two or more years of recruiting experience and excellent internet researching skills (Agency experience is preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with multiple networking techniques (including CRM, LinkedIn, Calling & Email)
  • Experience with CRM, ATS, or other similar software


You will recruit for a variety of positions, including: Superintendents and Project Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Finance positions. The majority of our placements will be Superintendent and Project Management positions.
