We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between CLB's Marketing and Builder's Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential best-fit clients and strategic partners.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and success developing leads into qualified business opportunities from referrals, marketing campaigns, and meeting sales goals. You will use your curiosity and communication skills to cultivate trusting relationships with prospects in minutes, from the first contact until you hand off a qualified sales lead or close a project design agreement and schedule a project team meeting (Idea Session). Excellent communication will be a must at every step of the way as you help buyers obtain the project of their dreams. You will also ensure proper after-sales follow-up communications, service by managing client reviews and referrals.
